Eric Brand
Owner
Eric Brand has led P&L Landscaping since 1989, when he took over the company with just six lawns to maintain and a commitment to exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. Under his leadership, P&L has grown into a full-service landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Southern New Hampshire, supported by a team of more than 50 professionals.
Despite the company’s growth, Eric remains closely involved with clients and projects of all sizes, including relationships with some of P&L’s earliest customers. He believes great landscaping begins with understanding a client’s vision and carrying it through from concept to completion with thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and dependable service.
A Nashua High School graduate, Eric has continued his education through extensive industry and business training. His professional credentials include Certified Snow Professional (CSP), ICPI and NCMA certifications, Hunter Irrigation training, Techo-Pro certification, Green Snow Pro certification, UNH T2 winter salt reduction certification, and Certified Aquascape Installer certification.
Eric’s dedication to the landscaping industry and Southern New Hampshire community has earned him numerous honors throughout his career. He has been recognized as Business Leader of the Year by the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce and Small Business of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce. His additional honors include the Salt of the Earth Award, 2012 Volunteer of the Year from the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, multiple Best of Nashua and Best of the Souhegan Region awards, and recognition as a national finalist for Landscaper of the Year.
Beyond P&L, Eric has held numerous business, industry, and community leadership roles. He is a past president of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce and has served with the New Hampshire Governor’s Commission on Disability, including chairing its Architectural Barrier-Free Design Committee. He has also contributed to committees and initiatives focused on accessibility, education, business, and the landscaping industry.
Community involvement has remained an important part of Eric’s career. He has supported numerous local nonprofits and community projects, including serving as project leader for the Legacy Playground Project and helping organize the delivery of more than 20,000 pounds of donated supplies to New York following Hurricane Sandy.
Outside of work and community service, Eric is a father of three who enjoys skiing, running, obstacle races, and hiking New Hampshire’s 4,000-foot mountains with his family. Always looking for a new challenge, Eric earned his private pilot’s license in 2025.
