Katie Benson

Katie Benson serves as P&L Landscaping’s Materials and Irrigation Manager and is often one of the first people customers meet when calling or visiting the office—sometimes accompanied by her dog, Pete.

Katie oversees customer material orders, manages inventory and deliveries, and coordinates the scheduling of irrigation service work. With a strong background in customer service and corporate operations, she plays an important role in keeping projects organized and ensuring customers, vendors, and the P&L team stay connected throughout the process.

Katie believes strong communication is at the heart of great customer service. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while providing customers with the knowledgeable, dependable service they expect from P&L Landscaping.
